Here’s how it works:
New Client Consult
As a new client, we’ll start with a two-hour consultation in your home. You’ll share your home issues and goals and I’ll provide actionable advice. In many cases, we will implement ideas right on the spot. Before I leave, you’ll have a clear plan for getting the results you want.
Cost: $400
After that, we can work together one of two ways:
- Buy me by the hour!
$175/hour - Buy me in bulk!

Update
Time: 4 hours (must be used within four weeks)
Cost: $650
Revamp
Time: 10 hours (must be used within six weeks)
Cost: $1,575
Overhaul
Time: 18 hours (must be used within four months)
Cost: $2,800
Keep in mind, you don’t get more or better service one way or the other. Packages simply offer continuity that saves you money and the commitment to get long-wished-for projects done.
Additional Logistics
• I only work in Seattle. (That means a Seattle address.)
• Payment is due at the time of our meeting.
• 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. (Please read the full policy below.)
48-hours notice is required for cancellations in order to allow other clients to take advantage of open appointments. When possible, I will attempt to accommodate a moved appointment with less notice, but if the appointment cannot be moved to a different slot in the same week, this will count as a cancelled appointment. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will be billed a $150.00 cancellation fee.
